San Buenas is located approximately 15 minutes north of Palmar Norte and 30 miles south of Dominical, only 450 meters from the coastal highway.  San Buenas has 12 lots, of which all but two are ocean view lots with dramatic, breathtaking views overlooking the Osa Peninsula and Cano Islands ranging in views from 180 degrees to 120 degrees.  One can see miles of coastline and sunsets. San Buenas is located within 10 minutes from the new hospital in Cortes.
 
Finca San Buenas has arranged municipal water for each of the lots on the property.  Owners of our lots will have no well water hassles or maintenance.  The municipality has perpetual responsibility for the water system.
 
All of the roads and the plantels have been constructed of the highest grade materials, including the thickest water pipes, double built culverts, and first quality gravel (30 centimeters) to ensure a long lasting, permanent, erosion-free road.
 
Lot 14, which is over 4 hectares in size, is to be dedicated as a perpetual environmental preserve which is bordered by the two streams at the bottom of the lot.  
 
Generally, almost all of the lots on the property have phenomenal ocean views--looking at the Osa Peninsula, wide sweeps of ocean, and sunset views.  In addition, most of the lots are situated in such a way as to have essentially 360° sweeping valley views.  Only two lots do not have a direct view of the ocean.  Those 2 lots sit adjacent to the environmental preserve with wide valley views.
