San Buenas II is located approximately 15 minutes north of Palmar Norte and 30 miles south of Dominical, 450 meters from the coastal highway. San Buenas II has 12 lots, of which all but two are ocean view lots with dramatic, breathtaking views overlooking the Osa Peninsula and Caño Island. One can see miles of coastline and sunsets.

All of the roads and the plantels have been constructed of the highest grade materials, including the thickest water pipes, double built culverts, and first quality gravel to ensure a long lasting, permanent, erosion-free road.

San Buenas II is located within 10 minutes from the new hospital in Ciudad Cortes.

Finca San Buenas II has arranged municipal water for each of the lots on the property. Owners of our lots will have not well water hassles. The municipality has perpetual responsibility for the water system.

All of the lots on the property have phenomenal ocean views--looking at the Osa Peninsula, wide sweeps of ocean, and sunset views. In addition, all of the lots are situated in such a way as to have essentially 360° sweeping valley views. Only two lots do not have a direct view of the ocean.
